Submitting your Registration: Do NOT send class fees at this time. Send only this completed form, a self-addressed stamped envelope and $100 registration fee ($100 members, $125 nonmembers). Make check payable to GBA. Mail items to GBA, 3482 Keith Bridge Road #213, Cumming GA 30041

Cancellations: All cancellations, either for the entire convention or for a specific class MUST be in writing to GBA, 3482 Keith Bridge Road #213, Cumming GA 30041. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. NO REFUNDS will be issued after January 20, 2024 but you will get a class kit. You are responsible for making arrangements to pick up your class kit(s) or have them shipped at your expense.
