2026 Basket Escape Registration and Payment Form

Please note the following changes we have implemented this year to the registration and payment procedures

For Online Registrations

For Printed and Mailed Registrations

  • Registration forms postmarked by October 31st will be treated as “First Day” registration.

  • Classes will be filled by random selection from these forms for those whose membership

  • dues were paid by July 1.

  • Registrations postmarked November 1st or later, or those paying membership dues after

  • July 1 will be assigned based on availability and according to postmark date.

Dietary Restrictions

Cancellations: All cancellations, either for the entire convention or for a specific class MUST be in writing to GBA, 3482 Keith Bridge Road #213, Cumming GA 30041. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after February 2, 2025

but you will get a class kit.  Your are responsible for making arrangements to pick up your kit(s) or having them shipped at your expense.

All Registration Fees and Class and Kit Fees must be remitted by January, 31 2025

After submitting this form we will assign you to available classes you have chosen and will be notified of your placements and given a total amount owed for your classes and any kits you have pre-ordered. You can then send us a check at that time.

You will need to reference Pages 3 - 8 in the 2025 Convention Brochure for Class schedules, Class numbers, Kit information and all Pricing to enter in the fields below.

In the Fields below, list your class choices in the order of preference for each day. Please check project sizes carefully before making choices. Making only one choice will not guarantee you a space in that class.

In the Fields below, please list the kits you would like to pre-order. Some baskets may be pre-started. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability of kits. Availability is at teacher discretion.
