2025 Convention Page

First - Browse our Online Brochure for all Convention details and specifically pages 3 - 8 for the Class and Kit Pre-Order Information needed to complete your registration forms. 
Next - Complete Registration Form and click Submit. You will be taken to the Checkout page for payment. When complete you should be brought back here to continue. If not, return here and complete your Registration.
Then - Complete Class and Pre-Order Kits Form and Submit.
Both Forms must be submitted to complete the Registration process. 
 After submitting each form you will receive an Email receipt and confirmations for your records.
The last day to submit registrations is January, 31 2025. You will be notified of your class assignments once we have received all registrations and the assignments have been completed.
We hope you find our new Online forms to be easy to use and time saving as well as provide you with more convenient and accurate record keeping. If however you prefer to mail a check along with a paper form you will find PDF Download links for all forms at the bottom of this page. Dietary Restrictions

Cancellations: All cancellations, either for the entire convention or for a specific class MUST be in writing to GBA, 3482 Keith Bridge Road #213, Cumming GA 30041. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds.

NO REFUNDS will be issued after February 2, 2025

but you will get a class kit.  Your are responsible for making arrangements to pick up your kit(s) or having them shipped at your expense.

All Registration Fees and Class and Kit Fees must be remitted by January, 31 2025

After submitting this form we will assign you to available classes you have chosen and will be notified of your placements and given a total amount owed for your classes and any kits you have pre-ordered. You can then send us a check at that time.

You will need to reference Pages 3 - 8 in the 2025 Convention Brochure for Class schedules, Class numbers, Kit information and all Pricing to enter in the fields below.

In the Fields below, list your class choices in the order of preference for each day. Please check project sizes carefully before making choices. Making only one choice will not guarantee you a space in that class.

In the Fields below, please list the kits you would like to pre-order. Some baskets may be pre-started. Submitting a request does not guarantee availability of kits. Availability is at teacher discretion.
